I love swimming. At least once a week my wife and I go to our local swimming pool and swim laps for 30-40 minutes...followed by 15 minutes relaxing in the hot tub. It's a nice reward.

Of course I have a regular rhythm I follow in my stroke choice. Each pool length goes in a series of freestyle, freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke...rinse and repeat. That pattern is followed for 30-40 minutes.
